have pc skills at all, they don't care, i open a support ticket , last night i pay for the Rust hack, turns out the arcane loader that i have is not the one for rust, i didn't know what to do, they don't care they barely answer, i ask if i can have my money back or a key for arc riders instead, they said no refunds about the money but nothing about another key for arc riders that works good in my pc i hope somebody see this and can do something about it please
